I was suppose to start my exercise challenge today !!! hehe
I couldn't do that because my tooth acke like hell, unfortunately i went on an emergency basis to the dentist, unfortunatly the guy that i used to see wasn't available and i ended up with a little not very profetionall lady and she struggle to take my tooth out after maybe for ever and after that i was in so much pain and finally got an infeciton !!!!! never go the person you don't know specially DENTIST never never never again.
I have to wait and see when i am well enough to start my challenge. :-((
